There have been several internet scams going around about persons winning a sum of money, but in order to receive winnings from the company, one has to first open an online account with the so called Nationwide Bank, paying an activation fee ranging from US$400-$600.
    I am writing from experience.I received an email that my email address won me US$500,000 and a 2007 BMW from a company in China. In order to receive winnings i would be required to send my personal details plus open an account paying a certain fee.  The person gave me a number to contact him and the same number he claimed was the Nationwide Bank Accounts Department number(how ridiculous).These persons want to use persons email address and personal details to do bad deeds and also want to take peoples money away.Please Beware if you happen to come accross such case.
